
Rates & Booking
Due to high demand, I encourage all communication via email. I cannot guarantee last-minute availability, so booking multiple sessions in advance helps secure your spot and keeps your project moving smoothly. Please note that submitting a New Client Intake Form does not guarantee availability or acceptance as a client; I will review your request and follow up via email. All clients are required to read my Terms & Conditions.
- Hourly Rate: $65/hour + tax (effective Jan 1, 2026)
- Minimum booking: 3 hours. Maximum per day: 6 hours. Additional time billed in 30-minute increments
- Most clients book 6–18 hours per room or focused area (time depends on size, complexity)
- Travel within 35 km each way is included. Beyond 35 km: $0.59/km (with prior notice & approval)
- Invoiced or bi-weekly and due upon receipt
